Just a few from the private July 4th photo stock. I'm not sure why I posted these pics other than they make me smile. If only I could have attached audio for the "kids in the tree" photo- all of their parents were yelling at them- seriously, it was a riot just to listen to the fake threats like, "If you don't get out of that tree, we'll turn around and drive right back to Ohio!" Right, they believe you, at 8:30 at night, before the fireworks had even started. Um, the kids won that battle. It was like being privy to a unknowing reenactment of the American (albeit kiddie version) Revolution. Red Coats= parents. Obviously. Jesse and I chuckled; Miles hooted in solidarity to his pre-pubescent brethren.
