90 Seconds. . .

. . . is what I have to quickly update this page!

-Penelope will be 4 months old tomorrow. OMG.
-Reflux is still here but under control.
-She's a chubby, bubbly, wubbly angel.

-Miles is doing great right now.
-Just had a tiny growth spurt. Up a shoe size and clothing size. Yep, he's rocking 2Ts now.
-His vocalizations are amazing. Stringing 2-3 words together consistently. My favorites: "thank you" and "help me" which he says unprompted.
-Last night he gave Penelope both trains and crayons. Way to go big brother. (She tried to eat them. I think teething is on the horizon.)

-School year is in the final stretch.
-Trip to Kennedy Krieger is looming in the not to distant future.
-We are open to summer idea suggestions. Miles has a few ESY sessions we'll have to work around, but other than that, we are wiiiiiiiiiiiiide open for fun and frolicking!

Time's up! Gotta run.

So where am I...

... mainly on Instagram. If you want to see the latest and greatest of the kiddos, visit me there (annaweigel100/ Anna T) or on facebook. I will totally accept your friend request if you mention Milestones. : )

Am I boycotting blogging? No, not even close. It's just so much easier to get my networking fixes using my phone, and I am not yet feeling the urge to blog on my phone. Give it time- I'm basically living on it.

We're Home!

A few days of sun and fun in OBX with Grandma and Grandpa Thomas... a fantastic way to spend Spring Break and the ever-looming (as in tomorrow) 31st birthday. Lesson learned: I am not feel older, but my skin is no longer 19. Case in point, it took only 30 minutes of late afternoon sun to transform me into an abstract art project. Why yes, that red trapezoid, the large one between my boobies, is naturally occurring. Not.

Pictures to come. Sleep comes first. Later gators.

Treatable but annoying... Impetigo. Our regular and much beloved doc was on vacation- and our second and third string options were out of the office, too. Call in the 3rd Runner up, Dr. Blunt-n-Chatty. I knew the diagnosis before the appointment, but I still had to sit through (again!!) the lecture entitled "Your Son's a Tad Different." Today's installment was entitled, "Lazy Leukocytes." No harm, no foul- but that's why this doc is our 4th option. Still, we heart this practice.

(Note the quasi-mood improvement above. Thanks emoticons for being so flexible with your expressive options. Above, you'll note I'm now feeling "Muah.")

A rocky start to Spring Break. Miles is headed into the doc's office tomorrow. Ugh! And this is not for a run of the mill common cold. Please, oh please, please, please please let me be both wrong and overly protective. Grrrrrrrrr... bacteria!
