The Green Shoes Film Festival

Eat your heart out Robert Redford; Sundance has nothing on the Green Shoes Film Festival. I am expecting to hear from IFC any day now. Just Kidding, but if you e-mail me a video related to the this topic, I will post it if the clip is family friendly!

A real mover and shaker

This is what we've all been waiting for! Captured is pure bliss- the joy of a young man, a tad older than 22 months, unencumbered by pants, nary a worry in the world, and doing laps around his room. Never have I seen Miles more proud of himself, and that includes the time when he figured out how to turn his CD player on.

My kid rocks.

One from the Vault: Dec. 13, 2008

These sneakers were made for walkin'...

...and Miles gets fussy if you slow his flow. Just watch for yourself. On a side note, look at those wee bits of autumnal evidence on which we are crunching over. Fall is in the air, and I am totally stokes. (Fer sheer, brah.) One more side note, little man Miles is walking in a Birkenstock sandwich. The kid needs to get his own pair so that we can be a 100% cork footbed family. Or not.
